# Token System & Fees

## Overview

T-Tokens are enhanced tokens that automatically collect fees on every transfer.

These fees can be distributed to multiple recipients, creating sustainable revenue streams for projects, creators, and communities.

Unlike regular tokens, T-Tokens use Solana's **Token-2022 standard** with built-in transfer fees, which includes:

* Automated Fees
* Transparent fee structure
* Fees are programmable with different rates for different users
* Built on Solana's native token program, providing maximum security
